Time-lapse confocal microscopic images of HeLa cells transfected with K_IR2.1-Dendra2 before and after photoconversion. The cells without any treatment (A) and the cells treated with Dyngo-4a (B), Nocodazole (C), Cytochalasin B (D) were imaged. The green fluorescence shows the localization of K_IR2.1 channel before photoconversion and the red fluorescence shows the localization of K_IR2.1 channel after photoconversion. White circle in each figure indicates the region where a blue laser was irradiated for photoconversion of Dendra2. Scale bar in each images indicate 10 μm.
