Integrin αvβ6 inhibits T-cell immune response in the majority of patients with colorectal cancer. (A) Kaplan-Meier curves of disease free survival by ITGB6 gene expression status. Minimum p value approach was used to obtain an optimal discrimination of the total patient group into two subgroups with different disease-free survival depending on the level of ITGB6.
