Effect of cryptotanshinone on U87 and U251 cell proliferation (n = 3). U87 and U251 cells were processed with cryptotanshinone at 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 μmol/L for 48 h. The cell viability rate was tested by CCK-8. Cryptotanshinone inhibited the proliferation of both cell lines in a dose-dependent manner.
