Immunoblotting analysis of mitochondrial biogenesis proteins in HT22 cells and mutant APP cDNA transfected and treated with mitophagy enhancers for 24 hours. (A) Representative immunoblots for control HT22 and mAPP-HT22 cells with or without mitophagy enhancers treatment. (B) Quantitative densitometry analysis showed significant reduction in the levels of PGC1a, NRF1, NRF2 and TFAM upon mAPP cDNA transfection. But levels of all mitochondrial biogenesis proteins increased with mitophagy enhancers treatment.
