Puerarin decreased the expression of key proteins in the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in HRV Wa-infected Caco-2 cells. The protein expression of TLR4, MyD88, TRAF6, p65, and p-p65 in Caco-2 cells was measured by western blot, and the bands were quantitatively analyzed (A-D). Significant differences between groups were indicated as ##, P<0.01 vs. NC group; *, P<0.05, **, P<0.01 vs. RV group, n=3. TLR4, Toll-like receptor 4; NF-κB, nuclear factor kappa-B; HRV Wa, human RV G1P[8] Wa strain; NC, normal control; RV, rotavirus.
