Sensitivity of IL‐8 and IL‐6 expression levels to IL‐1β in FHs 74 Int cells. FHs 74 Int cells were stimulated with or without IL‐1β (0.5–10 ng/ml) for 24 h. IL‐8 (a) and IL‐6 (b) concentrations in FHs 74 Int cells culture supernatant were measured by ELISA kit.
