Inhibitors of NF‐κB p65, JNK1/2, and ERK1/2 decreased IL‐1β‐induced IL‐8 (a) and IL‐6 (b) mRNA levels in FHs 74 Int cells. FHs 74 Int cells were pretreated with or without NF‐κB p65 inhibitor BAY 11–7085 (B, 10 μM), JNK1/2 inhibitor SP600125 (S, 20 μM) or ERK1/2 inhibitor U0126 (U, 20 μM) for 1 h, and then induced by IL‐1β for 24 h. The detection of IL‐8 and IL‐6 mRNA levels in FHs 74 Int cells was performed by qRT‐PCR. Data are represented as mean ± SD. ∗∗∗ p < .001 vs. the IL‐1β group. ### p < .001 vs. the control group
