WC, waist circumference; Wt, weight.
Frequency of dietary meat and fish intake are defined as follows: 1, ≤1 time/week; 2, >1 to 2 times/week; 3, >2 times/week; 4, daily or multiple times/d. Characteristics were compared across frequencies of intake within each diet group using ANOVA and Tukey’s post hoc analysis. Dashes in cells represent non-applicability due to dietary group definition.
a,bMean values within a row with unlike superscript letters are significantly different (P < 0·05).
