The effect of SHI on ECM1/STAT5/NF-κB signaling in CLP-induced mice. The mice were intragastrically treated with drugs 2 h before the surgery, and at 0, 2, 12 h after the CLP surgery, respectively. The neutrophils were stained by anti-Ly6G-PE, while the macrophages were stained by anti-F4/80-FITC. (A,B) The effect of SHI on the populations of neutrophils and macrophages in the BALF were detected by flow cytometry.
