Figure 3. — Overall survival and progression-free survival delineated by factors with known impact on prognosis. Greater extent of resection (gross total resection [GTR], near-total resection [NTR], subtotal resection [STR], and biopsy), Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) ≥70, and extent of adjuvant chemoradiation were associated with improved overall survival. O⁶-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter methylation was not associated with survival.
