Blood of nonimmunized and immunized sheep were analyzed in an autohematology analyzer (BC-5300 Vet; Mindray, China) and the percentage of lymphocytes (A) and neutrophils (B) based on the total white blood cells were analyzed at days 0, 1, 6, 11, and 13 postinfection.
