Fig. 4 — The user can choose from species directly linked from public databases. A new repository must be named and described to host the documentation of a project. Once created, the repository can be filled with commits to document the history of the strain. When a milestone strain is reached, the user can choose to generate a DNA barcode to be inserted in the genome of the strain.
