WT and IL-36R−/− mice were i.v. treated with 12 mg/kg of Con A. PBS-injected mice were used as controls (0 h). Intrahepatic lymphocytes and RNA were obtained from the livers at 12 and 24 h after Con A treatment. (A) Percentages and numbers of Foxp3+ CD4+ Treg cells were analyzed in the livers by flow cytometry. (B) Total RNAs were extracted from the liver at 12 and 24 h after Con A treatment. Expressions of CCL5, CCL17 and CXCL12 mRNA in the liver were determined by qRT-PCR. n= 4–5 samples/ control group. n = 9–12 samples/ Con A-group from pooled experiments.
