Punica granatum peel polysaccharides (PPPs) decreased the levels of inflammatory mediators in mice with imiquimod (IMQ)-elicited psoriasis. The levels of the inflammatory mediators TNF-α (A), IL-6 (B), IL-23 (C), IL-17 (D), and IL-8 (E) were measured by ELISA in the serum of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mice.
