Comparison of common clinical symptoms of COVID-19 between China, Italy and the United States from December 2019 to May 2020. China was ranked the highest in fever, The USA was ranked the highest in cough, dyspnea, headache, diarrhea, and nausea/vomiting. Italy was ranked the highest in myalgia/arthralgia, loss of smell, loss of taste, and fatigue. Overall the COVID-19 symptoms in Italy and the USA appeared more similar than those in China. Each symptom has 0–100% of occurrence. See the data details in Table 1.
