Effect of transfection with control siRNA, KIT siRNA and FGL2 siRNA on cell viability (A) and invasion (B) in GIST882, GIST48, GIST‐T1 and GIST‐T1 cell lines. (A) KIT siRNA transfection decreased cell viability in all cell lines, FGL2 siRNA in none of them. (B) FGL2 siRNA transfection increased cell invasion in 2 out of the 4 cell lines investigated (GIST882 and GIST48) 24 hours after transfection.
