DOX-induced apoptosis was inhibited by CME in H9C2 cells. H9C2 cells were pretreated with 1 mg/mL CME. After 2 h, the cells were treated with 1 µM DOX. Twenty-four hours after treatment, TUNEL assay and nuclear staining were performed. (A) Representative images of TUNEL staining and nuclear staining with 1 µg/mL Hoechest 33258 of H9C2 cells.
