Product codes are as given in Table S1 (Supplementary Data). The figure is representative of the perceptual map for 28 yogurts (Section 2.2.1) that covers all the initial yogurt samples, marked with a number 1 to 28 in black, red, or green. Specific products highlighted in yellow are representative of the samples selected for further testing, the yogurts marked in red letters have a protein content >6%, the yogurts marked in green letters are plant-based yogurts.
