Time-dependent effect of Calebin A (CA) on NF-κB, p-NF-κB, IκBα and p-IκBα in tenocyte monolayer cultures under inflammatory conditions. Serum starved tenocytes (A) co-cultured with T-lymphocytes or (B) cultured with TNF-β (10 ng/mL) were either left untreated or treated with CA (5 µM) for 0, 10, 20, 40 or 60 min.
