Calycosin inhibits melanin content and tyrosinase activity in B16F10 cells. Inhibitory effects of calycosin on (A) melanin content (%) and (B) tyrosinase activity (%) in B16F10 cells treated with 0.2 μM α-MSH and indicated concentrations of calycosin for 48 h. Data are represented as the means ± S.D. from three independent experiments. Significant difference versus control: #### p < 0.0001.
