Aggregates of trastuzumab and commercial ADCs (T-DM1, T-DXd) were prepared by stirring stress (~600 rpm, 20 h) or thermal stress (90°C, 3 min) in PBS, and then an aliquot of the sample was filtered by using a 0.45 μm filter.
