Effect of ETL on the production of PGE2 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. The cells were pre-treated with ETL (25–100 μg/mL) for 1 h, followed by LPS (1 μg/mL) stimulation for 24 h (the untreated control/LPS(-), the LPS-treated group/LPS(+)). Analysis of PGE2 production in the cell culture supernatant, as determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
