Effects of treatment with Atractylodes macrocephala and Amomum villosum extracts (3:1) on upstream expression of proteins related to adipogenesis and lipogenesis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Western blot bands were analyzed using Image J software. β-actin and total-form was used as a control for normalization. Data represent mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
