All genes upregulated in two or more aging Aplysia SN differential expression data sets and five or more in meta-analysis of human frontal lobe Late Onset AD (FL LOAD) samples by Li et al. (2015). Aplysia RefSeq transcript identifiers, their BLAST-assigned putative human orthologs, and the e-value of the match are listed in the first three columns, with alternative names for each human gene in the fourth. The number of data sets in which these orthologs were upregulated is listed in columns 5 (Aplysia data sets) and 6 (Li et al. 2015 human FL LOAD data sets).
