Variable	Description
$\mathit{INF}$	Weekly number of infected people in unit of 1000 individuals. (dependent variable)
$\mathit{PKM}$	Weekly mass transit passenger-kilometer data in unit of million kilometer.
$\mathit{TRIP}$	Weekly trip data in unit of 1 million vehicles.
${\mathit{INF}}_m$	INF variable with m weeks lag.
${\mathit{PKM}}_{n-m}$	Average of PKM variable from lag n to lag m.
${\mathit{TRIP}}_{n-m}$	Average of TRIP variable from lag n to lag m.
${\mathit{Mask}}_{t-q}$	Binary variable with q weeks lag (is equal to 1 for the weeks that wearing mask was mandatory in public transportation).
${\mathit{Ashura}}_{t-q}$	Binary variable with q weeks lag (is equal to 1 for the three weeks of Ashura ceremonies in Muharram month).
