Endothelial agrin is dispensable for the maintenance of vascular barrier integrity in vivo. The in vivo vascular permeability was examined at 30 min after intravenous injection of (A) 70 and (B) 10 kDa FITC conjugated Dextran into the tail veins of 6–8 weeks old EC-agrn^+/+ and EC-agrn^cKO mice, respectively.
