Values are expressed as mean (n=6) ± SD, * p<0.05. Additionally, there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) in gonadal fat pad mass and adipocyte diameter (panels B,D) among mice fed a HFHS for 8 weeks compared to all other cohorts.
