These genes are indicative of osteogenic differentiation. The results demonstrated that the OGM₆₀ condition was the most osteoinductive scaffold group. The cells that were cultured in the OGM₆₀ scaffolds provided the highest expression of OCN and BMP-7 compared to the other experimental groups.
