DUb inhibits CRC growth in CT26 xenograft tumor models. (A) The volume of subcutaneously transplanted tumors in the DUb treatment group (n = 9) was smaller than that in the control group (n = 7). (B) The tumor weight treated with DUb (n = 9) was lighter than that of the control group (n = 7). (C) The immunohistochemical image of Ki67-positive cells in the tumor tissues showed that the proliferative ability in tumor tissues treated with DUb (n = 7) was decreased.
