Hypoxia increased the expression of NDBTs

(A) QPCR analysis revealed that the expression of NDBT mRNA is increased in hypoxia (O.5% O2) in triple negative breast cancer cell lines. (B) Western blot analysis identified that the expression of SLC4A4 was increased in HCC-1806 and Cal-51 and SLC4A5 in HCC-1806 and MDA-MB-231 in hypoxia.
