The tree is presented as two subtrees because upstream Orthofinder analyses separated them into two trees. The tips of the tree correspond to distinct Wnt gene lineages present in seven species of siphonophores. Numbers at the tips correspond to observed gene expression values (TPM10K), and inferred ancestral values at internal nodes.
