Schematic illustration of the synthesis of CHINPs and the combined effects of PTT/SDT enhanced anti-PD-1 against primary and distant tumors. Preparation of HINPs based on a simple double-emulsion approach, Cancer cell membranes were further modified onto the surfaces of HINPs to construct biomimetic Nanoparticles. CHINPs actively targets homologous tumors, eliminating primary tumors with PTT/SDT under the guidance of MRI /PAI/ PTI multimode imaging, exposing tumor associated antigens and inducing systemic immunity through increased CD8⁺ T cells and decreased Treg cells. Anti-PD-1 blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint and further enhances T cells to attack tumor cells
