Selective deletion of dHPC A2ARs improves SNAP-25 expression. Caffeine promoted SNAP-25 expression more in mice with the dHPC transfected with pAAV-EGFP than in mice transfected with pAAV-CRE. pAAV-CRE transfection also produced an additive effect on SNAP-25 levels independently.
