mRNA vaccine far more effective than natural immunity in neutralizing N501Y RBD mutant in ACE2 binding. (B) Dilution study to determine the IC₅₀ of representative vaccinated samples with median levels of anti-RBD antibodies. (C) Vaccinated blood samples more effective than convalescent ones to inhibit N501Y RBD in ACE2 binding (P < 0.0001).
