Stimulation with PDGF promotes the engagement of Abi1 with Jak2

(A) Jak2 constitutively resides on the membrane of HASM cells. PDGF receptor is localized on the membrane.

(B) Coimmunoprecipitation (upper panel) and reverse coimmunoprecipitation (lower panel) demonstrate that treatment with PDGF enhances the engagement of Abi1 with Jak2. Data are means ± SEM. n = 4. The t test was used for statistical analysis.
