(A) Ifit1, Stat1, and Oas1a expression was quantified in stripped epithelial cells or in the lamina propria cells of the ileum. Comparisons were performed between wild-type (WT) and Ifnlr1^-/- mice with or without antibiotics (ABX) treatment, and ISG expression was normalized to WT values. (B–C) Ifit1 and Oas1a expression from the (B) ileum or (C) colon of mice with conditional presence (flox) or absence (cKO) of Ifnlr1 in intestinal epithelial cells. Data points represent individual mice and are pooled from three independent experiments in (A) and two independent experiments in (B–C).
