Depending on the detection accuracy and other factors, it may not always be possible to track accurately, but it is easy to detect erroneous tracking by displaying the cell lineage and checking for breaks and branches in the genealogy. (b) In addition to link-type tracking, it is possible to seamlessly combine sequential tracking, manual tracking, and ROI/trajectory editing functions. For example, sequential tracking can be used to add or modify trajectories only for mistracked areas, and accurate tracking results can be obtained efficiently through the combination.
