Performance characteristics of the LC-FRET-dependent amplification of an NS-1-specific fragment of parvovirus B19 DNA. A standard log10 dilution series was prepared from plasmid pPB19N containing the 229-bp NS-1-specific target sequence. Results of up to 14 runs per dilution step are represented. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient (rs) and the 95% confidence level (CI) are indicated.
