We created 2 cohorts with distinct comparisons in each cohort. (A) IDH1 mutation status cohort (with comparisons I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII). (B) The Longitudinal investigation cohort (with comparisons VIII, IX, X, XI). The number of patients and samples in each comparison are indicated.
