(A,B) The serum levels of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT—A) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT—B) in Bio-C Temp, Calen and Control groups at 7 and 60 days. In rats with intracanal medication, the GOT and GPT levels were similar to CG rats. From 7 to 60 days, significant differences are not seen in the serum GOT and GPT levels.
