A case of neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast with trophoblast cell-surface antigen-2 (Trop-2) protein expression (antibody clone Anti-human Trop-2, R and D Systems). Note the membranous expression of Trop-2 protein in cancer cells; the normal breast duct (in the mid part of the figure, red arrow) lacks Trop-2 expression (10× magnification). This case was previously reported in the study by Vranic et al. [14].
