Daily rate of data collection for patient SDoH. (A) Between Nov 2019 through Feb 2020, the most frequently collected data related to patient ‘household size’, ‘immigration status’, and ‘housing insecurity’ between 200 and 500 patients per day. ‘Employment’ and ‘Food insecurity’ were among the lowest documented information. (B) Between Nov 2020 through Feb 2021, ‘Employment’ information has become substantially more important with the daily rate of collection in thousands of patients. Note that we retained only the most recent update of the occupation and employment status information.
