In total, 290 differentially abundant species are shown in a phylogenetic tree, grouped in the phyla Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Fusobacteria, Firmicutes and Actinobacteria. In the outer circles, species are marked for relative abundance. The darker the color is, the higher the abundance. Columns were used to display the abundance changes in nine species between groups.
