Similarity matrix for all miRNA sub-networks from three cell types. Sub-networks were divided into constitutive sub-networks and cell-type-specific sub-networks by hierarchical clustering of the similarity matrix. The sub-network similarity matrix was calculated using the Jaccard similarity of their target genes. The numbers in the network name indicate the sub-networks ID. Details of miRNAs of sub-network are shown in Table S2.
