The black arrows indicate that the pie charts (lower left of the panels) are based upon the thickness plots in the lower right panels. As eyes were analyzed on a hemidisc basis, the black solid boxes in the superior hemidiscs represent topographic agreement (normal-normal, cRNFL-BMO-MRW), while the black dashed boxes in the inferior hemidisc represent topographic disagreement (abnormal-normal, cRNFL-BMO-MRW). Based upon the reference standard (RS), the inferior hemidisc was abnormal, and the disagreement was then classified as a BMO-MRW false negative (FN) upon post-hoc analysis. The red rectangles indicate the region of disagreement and red arrows, the location of the local defect.
