Enzyme concentrations employed are 5 nM FL-Akt-pThr308/pSer473 (A1), 10 nM FL-Akt-pThr308/O-GlcNAcSer473 (A8), 10 nM FL-Akt- pThr308/pTyr474 (A4), and 100 nM non-phosphorylated FL-Akt-pThr308 (A3).
