Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to study difference between the cases and the referents before and after the training period. P-values<0.05 were considered significant (seen in bold). Data on Maternal Mortality Ratio and Maternal Mortality Ratio related to postpartum hemorrhage was excluded from the Table as medians and IQRs for all points were equal to 0
