Bioluminescence emission of the liver region of ARE-luc mice (n=6 in each group). The ARE-luc transgenic mice underwent an HS/R or sham operative procedure. The luciferase activity in vivo was measured via BLI after the intraperitoneal injection of luciferin preoperatively (0 h) and post operatively (6 h and 24 h).
