Of 104 tumor specimens from patients with acral melanoma, 97 were profiled by WES, 7 were profiled by bulk RNA-seq and not WES, and 45 were profiled by both. Of 157 tumor specimens from patients with sun-exposed melanoma, 134 were profiled by WES, 23 were profiled by bulk RNA-seq and not WES, and 37 were profiled by both.
