Chest computed tomography shows multiple centrilobular nodules, predominantly in the bilateral upper lobes, and hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy with calcification, suggesting chronic silicosis (A-C). Within a few months, these lung nodules enlarged, and patchy consolidations appeared in the bilateral lung fields (D).
